  • Deliver lead enquiries to our customers (landing page owners)

By creating an account on Fexter, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We may contact you about our services, new features, special offers, and related products and services from Indi Creative Agency and its affiliated brands.
  • We or our affiliated marketing partners may contact you by phone, email, or SMS regarding digital marketing services, advertising solutions, and other products that may benefit your business.

5. Lead Form Submissions

When visitors submit enquiries through landing pages created on Fexter:

  • Their information is provided directly to the business that owns the landing page.
  • We do not use lead submission data for our own marketing purposes.
  • The landing page owner is responsible for handling lead data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

6. Data Sharing

We share your information with:

  • Landing Page Owners: Lead form submissions are delivered to the business that created the landing page.
  • Service Providers: We use Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage, and Vercel for hosting. These providers have their own privacy policies.
  • Affiliated Companies: Indi Creative Agency Pty Ltd and its affiliated marketing agencies may receive Fexter account holder information for the marketing purposes described in Section 4.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Lead form data is retained for the duration of the landing page owner's subscription plus a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information (subject to legal requirements)
  • Opt out of marketing communications
